CD/DVD cover templates - if you need simple & easy CD cover use my templates in Word:

• FOLD (DOC; 22 kB) - foldable cover, print it on heavy paper and stick it with some glue
• Front (DOC; 28 kB) - front side cover for standard CD box
• Back & side (DOC; 28 kB) - back and side cover for standard CD box
