Apartments

Our house is in Turanj (pitoresque coastal village between Zadar and Biograd), and is only 70 meters away from the sea. In front of house we also have a small autocamp, so our guests have enough shade and green surroundings. The nearest beach is right in front of our house, and Turanj center with main beach is 500 meters walk from us.

We are offering accommodation in eight single room apartments, all newly built. Apartments are standard "STUDIO" type, with balcony, kitchen and bathroom. In the basement are apartments 1, 2 and 3; first floor 4, 5 and 6; and second floor 7 and 8. Images below show tree configurations (apartments above each other have the same floor plan).

 

Apartments interior

Apartments are built on three floors and have the same floor plan, depending on their placement in house plan. All of them are built to offer maximum of comfort and daylight.

In interior design we tried to maximize functionality and plesure instead of crowding apartments with furniture, knowing our guests needs. People that come to spend a vacation don't want to spend time placing their clothes in countless drawers and compartments, they want to simply put their stuff in a big closet and enjoy their time swimming and sight-seeing.

All the apartments have their own balcony, great for afternoon or evening timeout after daily activities. Three basement apartments are ideal for people with small children, since there is no need for climbing the steps five times a day.
