Two room apartment Apartments
We are offering accommodation in standard apartments type Studio. All the apartments have recently been rebuilt and refurnished. There are two single room apartments A3+2 (3 or 5 person) at the basement and one detached room S2+1 (2 person). Also, on the first floor there is one two room apartment A4+2 (4 or 6 person). Since single room apartments and detached room are in the basement and they can easily be adapted to enable access for people with disabilities.
Pricing is listed for every apartment (or room) in respective table, depending on part of season. Residence tax is not included in price. For July and August is 1,00 EUR per person per day. For other months is 0,80 EUR per person per day. Residence permit for children under 12 years is free of charge. Residence permit for children between 12 and 18 years only 50% of the price. Supplement for a pet/day 4 EUR.
Our house is situated in western part of town called Punta, and there is only 50 meters walk to the beach. Our yard is big enough to ensure parking places for all our guests.
Two room apartment A4+2
On the first floor of our house there is a two room apartment with area around 50 m2 that can accommodate four or six persons (we have extensible couch in apartment living room for these occasions). Apartment has recently been rebuilt and refurnished. Also, it has satellite TV set and big balcony for our guests. Prices depend on part of the season:

Single room apartments A3+2
We have two identical single room apartments (around 40m2) at the basement of our house. Both of them have been recently rebuilt and refurnished. They are arranged for three persons, but it is possible to accommodate five if you want to. Both of our apartments have big separated terrace sheltered by hedge and flowers that ensures your privacy. Prices depend on part of the season:

Detached room S2+1
There is also one detached room in basement. It has a bathroom and area of about 20 m2. It is equipped with air condition and TV set. This room is usually taken by bigger groups along with one of our apartments to get enough beds, considering that they use only one kitchen anyway. Prices depend on part of the season:
